Upgrade installed, forum crippled

I need some help here. I ran the latest upgrade on 3 sites, but one of them is a disaster. It appeared to go fine, I turned it on, but it won't go on and the admin login goes in circles. I need a LOT of help and I need it yesterday. I need to give someone FTP login so they can figure it all out. I am totally out of answers or ideas.:mad:
