Question about the "welcome" sign

The question is about this form:

Welcome, Oren.

This form is being shown in the left side of the forum (when the forum set for Hebrew language). In our language, the letters writen from the right side to the left.

Can somebody tell me if it's possible to change the side of this form specific so it will be shown in the right side of the forum and not in the left side ?

just find the template it's in, which will most likly be one of the forumhome templates. Inside there, just change the alignment to right.
