Admincp Navigation gone after update to 3.6.8

I just performed an upgrade, and now my vbulletin admincp doesn't have the left side navigation (header and body are fine though, it's just the navigation section that is all white).

You may want to re-upload your forum files again as something seems to be corrupted. you do not need to upload the install directory again.

any particular folder, or just do all of them?
