Help cant do config file!

I filled everything in about 20000 times and still cant get it to work!

All that shows up is Database error The database has encountered a problem.www.thizzkidz.com/community

i get this on another page Database error in vBulletin :

did you join the database and the user ?

Are you installing or upgrading? If you are upgrading, which version are you upgrading from and what is your table prefix?

If it's a new install, then yyou should run install.php, not upgrade.php.

You could not get that same error running install.php. What is the exact error you are getting now?
