Do you sell the ticket system included in the members system? I cannot find it. I could use this system on my forum to support my customers.

Shameless plug, but consider using DeskPRO :) It has a fairly decent integration with vBulletin from what I've read.

It's also worth remembering that vBulletin has a very powerful and effective permissions system. Using the permissions system, it's possible to create something similar to a ticket system by just using vBulletin.

For instance, you could set up a specific forum, then set up the permissions so that only the thread starter and staff are able to read his/her thread(s) within that specific forum. This can also be enhanced with a small mod (available on vBulletin.org) which categorises threads (or "tickets") which are open or closed.
