How to shift my forum to vbulletin

i'm currently using the free phpbb forum software care of fantistico, can i transfer that forum over to vbulletin?

i'm not a techy by any means, so if i can, is it going to be a headache?

You can always use the ImpEx system which will import your old content/users etc to the new forum you create... there is no techy needs... just someone who can read what is on the screen...
