There should be a couple of settings to set blogs as forum links, as the Project Tools have.
The administrator sets special blogs to appear in the forum listing, with the blog name as link, and with the last blog entry. Maybe with a separate forum category for blogs.
This would help blogs be more visible.
Also an option to set the blog home as a forum link could be nice.
