Display FourmJump and Stats on homepage

Hello,

My vB is in /forum folder and my index.php is in root folder "/"

/forum
/index.php

How do I place ForumJump and Forum Stats (Who's Online, Stats, Birthday Stats) on my homepage?

I just want to place the stats of the forum and ForumJump of vB in my homepage.
