How do I make "POST" into my blog

Hi allz,

Look at this dumbest question, perhaps it's not dumb but I feel so.

Simple question: How do I make post on my blog ?

I guess there are some limitations attached with it, like I should have number of posts or reps etc... before I could see write post link on my blog admin panel, is it like that ?

On this site, only licensed customers may create blogs. If you purchased vBulletin and the blog addon, you would be able to control who can post in the blog.
