Re-install vBullutrn

I translate installtemplate.php3 on other language.
After re-install vBulletin, I get next message on step 4:

If drop forum database, then it's succes go on next step.
But I lost all messages in old database.

How re-install vBulletin without "drop database"

Forget it :)
Before, I use original vBullutin Lite english Version.
Now I want translate forum messages in installtemplate.php on my language.
