Need help with upgrade 3.5.4 to 3.6.8

Before I uploaded files I removed install.php, changed the config_new to config.php then uploaded all files, even changed config file properties for db name etc.. on first step this is what I get and can not proceed: ... and the forums still not showing upgrade to 3.5.5

And is the adminfunctions_plugin.php file actually in the /home/desertsw/www/html/forums/includes/ folder?

If not you should try uploading the files in the /upload folder again and try the upgrade again.

Did you print out the old config.php file before the upgrade so you can compare the settings of the old to the new version?

I think this config.php file is the one that catches out most people with the upgrade (including myself) so to any folks thinking of upgrading, copy the old file or rename it and print a hard copy out.
