Group blogs :)

One of my top goals is to allow multiple users to post to a single blog. We also wish to have a developer's blog so it is a feature that we are waiting upon as well.

I have a feeling 3.7 will include tags - thus the wait for 3.7 before the next major version for blogs (which will contain tags as well).

Yes you are. You probably didn't select "Notify Server" when writing the last message. You also can't use "blog_callback.php" as a link, must be "blog.php".

In the next release it will work if you insist in using blog_callback.php though.

Maybe you can add this to the list!

Older comments are not displayed. I am going to add an option to a future version to allow admins to change the timespan for this.

Allow admins to set timespan (how long) or how many comments to display when displaying all comments.

After 3.7 is stable. Tags in blogs means 3.7 will have tags which is why the blog major version will be released after 3.7

Freddie has said that the next major blog release will be based on vB 3.7, so stop hoping about an earlier major blog release and start hoping for an earlier major vB release, which will be 2 in 1 in this case (as a major blog release will come out shortly after) :p

Yes it is but I had planned the changes during the Blog development so they aren't unexpected.

A blogroll is part of the blog and similar functionality is planned for 1.1, but that doesn't apply to the 3.7 tab.

Probably.
And judging by the fact that currently blogs are so deeply attached to each user that they are identified by his/her userid even on database level I can understand why...
I guess when group blogs are implemented it will be very easy afterwards to also have multiple blogs per user (unless they are very poorly implemented) either as a native feature or as a mod.

No one knows. The Bugtracker seems to indicate, that we are now at the stage of Beta 2, but there is no announcement about that.

It is in private testing right now and hopefully a beta available to all customers will be forthcoming soon.
