Hello,
My host is complaining that my website is increasing the server load upnormal.
Neither me or him was able to determine the exact reason, however I suspect one of these:
1) I'm using alot of extra conditions thrown in header, navbar, posbit.
2) I'm using alot of extra javascript code in the headinclude, navbar.
3) I'm using url rewrite mod.
Any help will be appreciated.

Will add a small amount of server-side load.
JavaScript is client-side only unless you're using it to make AJAX calls to a PHP script.
Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! Let me guess, you're using vBSEO (or something similar), right? These plugins are painfully slow.In any case, you should post more about your site. It's possible that you are simply outgrowing shared hosting. Of course, it's also possible that your host stinks...

1. They are about 4 extra conditionals than default.
2. It's drop down registeration window, and CSS based image resizer.
3. It was SEO xml sitemap generator, and yes I'm on shared hosting.
What do you still think?

If these are simple things like checking for the usergroup before displaying something then it's negligible.
That doesn't sound like it would require and AJAX so that's not it.
If this is the vBSEO Sitemap generator then that wouldn't be it (although it does cause load spikes when it runs once per day). The actual vBSEO app is what drives up the load 24/7.You should post the info eva requested although, honestly, if this is shared hosting, and assuming that it's not a mod you've installed, there's little that you will be able to do to fix your problem other than complain to your host or find a new one.
