Description: An MMORPG guild website and community.


Reason for Nomination: A site built to completely represent the theme and mythos of one of the oldest online MMORPG guilds in existence, its hand drawn raw and gritty graphics, modifications, animations and creation of atmosphere though the use of flash, imagery and sound were paramount in its construction and concept.

Please see the examples below for some of the basic details and highlights of the site:

Basics:
A custom transparent skin, animated primary status icons, animated forum post, sticky and attachments icons, a complete buttons and indicators set.

Headers:
These headers detect the viewers time setting and then plays a primary movie based on if its night or day.

Note: the portal page also has a verbal greeting for the user depending on the users group, guest, member, alliance and KOWW. It and the smaller forum headers also cycles though 7 background music and effects packages depending on the day of the week.

The smaller sized forum headers play 6 different movies plus special change over movies that can be seen between the hours of 5:30 and 6:00 AM & PM for sunrise and sunset. To see all of the movies just open your computers time setting or change the AM/PM settings save and refresh the page.

Note: the animated cross visible during daylight hours in the KOWW header logo changes to a set of werewolf teeth after sunset.

Footer:

The footer is a working clock and is best seen with the credits page, it is also linked to the viewer’s computer time setting, though it operates slightly different then a normal clock.

Well I've been running this place for the longest time ever.. been using vB there since 3.x, but it was never nominated etc.. here on vBulletin so I'd like to nominate it.

The place has grown a lot since the start and I think it deserves a good overview from people.

We just finished our new skin you see there, which we modified a lot of, especially with tons of vB hacks added on.
