Someone help me fix these errors?

Ok heres the problem.
When people first try to post in my forum after signing up they recieve an internal service error. But it appears that the post goes through anyways. But it gives the impression that it didnt. How do I fix this?

I have a feeling that this may be a problem with the mail function. Try disabling all email features (from the general settings in the control panel, there is an option) and see if this helps.

how do i disable all mail options?
Is it in the Change Options link?
If so i dont see it besides "enable email"

Yup - follow that change options link, and select no for enable email.

still broken. I want to open this site to the public
