What I miss is a link to a persons blog-frontpage.
If I find a post interesting and clicks on it I go directly to that post which is fine. But from there I have links to categorys and not to that persons first page in the blog. I can click the name and get a pop-up menu but that feels odd. If a non-member stumbles upon the forum and the blogs, they should be presented a interface that is a bit more like wordpress for example.
Knowing that this blogsystem is different I still think it should get a better navigation in the blog section. And just like the memberlist there should be a bloglist, where only active blogs are listed.
one suggestion more that I believe would be useful is to make a menu like a more homepage, just like tabs to different sections. Forum and Blog should be on their own pages, and maybe they could have native different templates, or styles. The sections should have good urls so that it is easy to don't use the navigation from the "suggested vbulletin tabs" and use the cms of your choice and just set up the navigation there.
Hope it made any sense?
