Tip for speeding up display of online.php

"Go into your Admin CP and towards the end of Change Options, you'll see the Who's Online options. Click NO for Resolve IPs. You'll notice a big difference. Although I really like the Resolve IPs feature, I have set it to NO simply because it does seem to place a hefty load on the server based upon the response times I was seeing tonight."

online.php only became part of vB in 2.0.2.

What does the Resolve I.P. feature actually do?

It looks for the domainname of the given ip-adress.

Without that is says something like 216.397.221.123 ... and with that it says www.yourdomain.com or something. Like that.
