The forum is related to Dentistry, Medical & Health apart from Entertainment stuff.
It caters to the students, professionals as well as general audience.

Well you seem to be all over the place for a forum for Dentistry... but then your forum domain would tell me it is casual to view and post. If Pro. are commenting on a sbject, then I would not let common members engage in topic, but just view it. You might need to make them different with a rank or usergroup.
