Installation Error

I have uploaded the contents of the Upload folder to the prospective folders on my site.

I'm receiving the following error when importing the XML from my computer:

"Please upload the files that came with the vBulletin Blog before installing or upgrading!"

I have checked and double checked that the files are all uploaded and they are... Im stuck now?! Help! lol

It appears that you haven't uploaded the files to the correct locations. The contents of upload/includes/xml need to go into your forum directory/includes/xml, as those missing files are triggering the error message.
