Hi,

I am pretty interested in that template. But it seems the site although is still around, the forums are dead. I need advises from active members here therefore have post the following enquiries.

1. Does anyone know what will be the price to pay for such a template?
2. Is insidethepixel or the skiiner for that template still around?
3. What are the some recommendations anyone can introduce to skin a template like this and the price.

I appreciate and thank anyone for any inputs. Cheers

Nice skin. I think they were selling their v1 template awhile ago.

Prices all vary but your looking at the $XXX.XX. Then again, you get what you pay for, as for the skinner I'm not sure. A lot of vB skinners have seemed to disappear slowly, mabye they found other demands.

The downside for this skin is the loading time. If you have a slow server and lots of traffic, that skin is really going to lag the forum.

Hey,

Thanks for the feedback. In any case, goggling shows that they have had that skin up for sale way back in 2003... and further research shows there are certain issues with the company selling it. In any case, am still very interested in it and if prices are good (they were selling it for $45 if I am not wrong. It is not a unique template tho, multiple copies might have been sold).

Sadly, premade templates arent that appealing after researching. Custom templates cost a bomb. If any skinners wish to take on this job to recreate similar skin for me, do PM me your quotes. Thanks so much!

WiredGamers's style was made by Dameon White, who I believe no longer designs vBulletin styles. Note that this style was created for vB v.2.x.x., and thus won't be usable on an updated vBulletin. So if someone does end up trying to sell it to you, be aware that it's not gonna be of much use. :(

There really are some sleek and well-made prefab skins if you are looking to spend about that amount (under $100). Check out vBulletin.org for links.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I realised there is no way I can really get hold of the 2 wonderful skins. However, am still placing my luck to see if the designer for the 2 skins is still hanging around. From what I understand, both was designed under the house at Ravio.com (which is down now).

I been browsing alot lately on sites that provide vbskins, but sad to say nothing as unique as the 2 mentioned are seen. Will just hunt around for more options. Thanks for the recommendations. Cheers!

From what I remember daemon and his company ravio had some bad business practices, and were pretty much run out of town, they aparently took money and never produced.

But, if you'd like to take a look at my portfolio feel free: www.blindchild.net
