I want to get the title of the URL automatically after posting in the blog how can I do that?

suppose I post www.vbuletin.com (http://www.vbuletin.com)

I want to see vBulletin Community Forum (http://www.vbulletin.com/) automatically converting from URL to its title page.

Any idea?

I don't recall seeing anything like that in any version of vBulletin (messageboard or blog).
