(Users Awaiting Email Confirmation) can post to 'Blog Title and Description'

Based on this (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1414598) , i'd like to request that additional usergroup permissions be added for posting . It seems as if my usergroup of (Users Awaiting Email Confirmation) can post to 'Blog Title and Description'. But not to the regular blogs.
