Fatal error: Call to undefined method vB_DataManager_Blog_Firstpost::verify_image_count( ) in /home/the400cr/public_html/includes/class_dm_blog.php on line 340

Anyone run across this before?

Thanks!

Try reinstalling the blog. It looks like you may have missed a file.

Thanks Steve. I have just uninstalled, re-uploaded and overwritten, and then reinstalled. Still same error when posting a test blog.

Any special file I should be looking for?

That function is defined in the file:

includes/class_dm.php

Check to see if that file is there. Also run 'Suspect File Version' in Diagnostics and report back the results.

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

Do any show as 'File does not contain expected contents', 'version mismatch' or missing? If so, you need to reupload the original vB non-image files. Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

The includes/class_dm.php file is there.

The blog files all report the following error in Suspect File Versions:

blog.phpFile version mismatch: found Blog 1.0.0, expected 3.6.8

There were no other errors on the uploaded files. I will try uploading again and ensure the ASCII format.

I removed and re-uploaded all files in ASCII format, uninstalled/reinstalled blog. Still receive error when posting first blog. The line in the error message changes based on what options I choose when posting the blog (below the blog box), but it's always the same file referenced. I have checked that file and it is in the correct location with read/write access.

I think I need to walk away for a bit. :)

Any other ideas?

Turns out that some of my vB files were out of date...not sure how that happened except that maybe they weren't overwritten when I upgraded to 3.6.8? My bad.

Either way - thanks for helping me out, Freddie! :D
