Make blog ratings optional

Thanks for another great product JelSoft :).

I really have only one big gripe with it... the mandatory rating ability for all blog entries. My forum is built around a concept where ratings of any kind are very unwelcome. I admin many forums on a hobby basis and makes a point for making as few template changes as humanly possible (to ease upgrades). This blog rating thing forces me to make some templates changes I really would like to be without. I hope this can be remedied in a soonish update.

Yep, having it as optional is always best. I don't have ratings on my forum either though I can see where they have a place so having the option is best :)
