In your Member's Area.

Click "Renewals / New Purchases," and then on that page click Continue (nless you want a new vBulletin license too). :p On that page you'll be able to select the license in which you want to purchase the blog for.

ive purchased it, got the paypal receipt but nothing to download...is it manually added to my member area?
