RATE THIS ENTRY, not working?

Hello when I rate an entry the "Stars" don't show up at all, how do I fix this please?

I'm using Mozilla firefox, vb 3.6.8 and the latest vb blog.

Check this setting:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Blog -> Blog Options -> Minimum Blog Entry Rating Votes
