I think it is time to have better controls over certain BBcode(s), as pages do tend to have post stretch.
I could just make a custom BBcode, but that will never solve image size issue<a href="http://{option}"><img src="http://{param}" border="{option}" width="{option}" height="{option}" alt="{option}" ></a>

I would like to have control over the width, so user(s) do not exceed set width size. example: user inputs 750 and admincp area is set to 485 as max allowed width for 'Inserting Image Links' I do not know how difficult this would be to implement, but at least sites will look uniform.

Can we just call it the blog to stop confusing the people? I've changed the title.

Orange is an orange, so why would I call it a tomato? Well since you are changing one thread title should you not change them all. I can understand that you were not around back when the bulletin boards started, but that is what it was called when you had personel entries on a board. It not like I call it 'Dynamics' :)

Our Product is called the vBulletin Blog, not the vBulletin Board Logger.
I've changed the old threads as well.

This is really simple to handle without requiring a complete rewrite of the bbcode system at this time.
Something similar to:
http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=127266
Or you could combine that with a lightbox addon to allow them to hover over it in full view without corrupting your layout.
All a BBCode like the one proposed is going to do is confuse users and could lead to abuse.

Well anything new seem to confuse new users or ones that do not read the manual. I do not know about the abuse part, as an option in admincp to control max size should work. Unless it was adding alternating (alt) Text or option for target_??, then those do not need be an option set for selected users or usergroups. Moderation is still the best way to combat abuse.
Anything can confuse anyone that does not want to or have time to understand and I would think that is why 'Support' forum are use for, but then life is not easy.

target="" isn't xhtml/css compliant.

This CSS in first post does seem to render good in Firefox 2.0.0.6 Internet Exployer 7.0.5730.11 and it is lame in Opera 9.23, no surprize and do not know what Internet Exployer 6 or Safari works the same.

I also notice that if you add {max-width: 95%;} instead of {max-width: 95px;} it hides editor tools in Firefox.
I have been test this Thickbox (http://jquery.com/demo/thickbox/) for regular non-vBulletin pages and did not think it could be used without hacking and thanks for pointing me to this.
