Creating "Issue" Problem

I created my an additional project, but for some reason I cannot get it to show up with the custom issues I created. I attached screen shots. Basically, after I see the "you chose to delete issue" screen (which I never chose to delete any errors), I can click anything and that project will dissapear from my menu. What am I doing wrong?

This is normal when you choose to not use any issue type which was available (if an issue type was allowed and not for now, issues with this issue type won't be more accessible, and you must to move them if you want).
