Is there still not a full demo (back end included) for project tools? I'd like to have a demo like the one for vBulletin before purchasing. It's very hard to get a feel for the software and if it fits our needs without being able to see how we can customize it or manage it from the back end.

I assume you have looked at the pictures included in the announcement when it was released?
Most, if not all of the actual management is done through the front-end, which is already accessible by all the users.
The back-end (admin control panel) is used to add projects, define versions, set permissions etc. as described in the pictures. It's all pretty standard ACP layout.

I guess the reason why there's not a demo per se, is that only the imagination can limit how the system is used.
People have discussed their various uses in several threads already, try a search. :)
