Trying to do IMPORT, Page not found error

ok, I am trying to run IMPEX, I have it uploaded to the server, and the config file uploaded too...

I can see IMPORT on the left menus, I click on that, and I get this message:
Error 404 - Not found

Your browser can't find the document corresponding to the URL you typed in.



ALL the IMPEX files are on the server, and I even redownloaded it, and extracted, removed all the files and did it over again at least 3 times, and still get the same message...

Sounds like the XML file is being put in the includes/xml folder in vBulletin, but the impex folder isn't being put in the correct place, it must be in the same dir that as the admincp dir in it.

It was in the right place..but I had to just remove EVERYTHING and start all over again, and then was able to get past that page error...now I can't get it to find the source database....
