How to automatically subscribe to all issues in the system?

How to automatically subscribe to all issues in the system? I need to see all modifications. In forum settings there's a field for e-mail to which notifications of all new posts should be sent. Can I set that up similarly in PT?

I am trying to learn how the code works so I can hack it... If I figure it out I will post the info...

If we could have hooks for when new issues are added and replies are made it would be easy to create plugins to send a PM or E-mail on these actions.

They may be there... I am slowly trying to find my way around... I need this pretty bad myself!
