Have installed the forum and impex today on a windows 2003 system with latest php and mysql. Forum has installed ok but running impex asks for customer number says ok then goes to blank screen. Have only 2 choices in the system snitz and one other.
Any clues

Delete all the folders in system that you don't need.

I've already deleted all the folder I don't need just left with snitz and index.html which is empty

Going to have to check the PHP or webserver error logs to see why its killing the PHP process.

Have looked at log files and can't find any errors, not quite sure where to find php logfile. The vbulletin side is working fine including being able to send emails via php it is just impex that is not working at all.

His error was no MySQL support in PHP, I would start a thread with your own details.
