Please reupload all the default vBulletin non-image files in ASCII mode, overwriting your current files.

the files were unpacked on the server and copied into the correct directories
, they werent uploaded...

but will give it a go..

i have no problem installing the new version but it does not mean there's no problem. i just can't reproduce.
