Here in "vBulletin Project Tools" after I submit a "New Issue" I am not able to edit "Summary"...

"Title" and "Summary" fields of "New Issue" have different permissions options for editing?

If no - I think they must have one...

These 2 fields can only be edited in the admincp : Project Tools > Edit Issue

That is why I ask that these fields can be edited not only in the ACP.

P.S. I never see ACP of "Project Tools".

P.S.S. I think that when some product is in heavy development users must get 2 years of update if they buy that product. :D
