Unless I'm missing it somewhere, I would expect and am surprised it is not already implemented where it can show a changelog for a project:
1) All versions are listed..
2) Click on a version and it lists all issues which have that as the "fixed version" or whatever

The roadmap would show all issues which HAVE a fixed in next release or fixed in X where X doesn't exist yet...

You do realize you can list these things by listing all issues and then use the drop-downs at the bottom of the screen to select versions etc?
