Upgraded to Version 3.6.7 - Issue with Private Messaging

I can view the private messaging index and pms. When I view a pm the button for quote(reply) is not showing. I checked the source code and the button is not being written into the page in the "controls" area.

I checked the Private Messaging Options and made sure it was turned on. I also checked all of my usergroups and made sure that they had a number entered into the Maximum Stored Messages field. I checked the promotions and I do not have any in place.

I am using an unmodified postbit_legacy module. I tired the default postbit with the same result. I disabled all of my mods/hacks and still have the same problem.

I did not have this issue before the upgrade. I upgraded from 3.6.0.

Any ideas? Any changes between 0-7 that would have affected the display of the quote button?

The PM control panel is not showing up on the right side of the control panel. The PM is defintely off. I am trying to figure out why.

Any ideas where else you can control the PMs?

I suggest you check all the files are version 3.6.7. Try reuploading them all again.

Issue is fixed by re-uploading 3.6.7 files.
