Import Keeps Logging Me Out

I'm currently doing a migration from Fusetalk to vBulletin on our development environment. All is going well so far, but after every hour or so the session dies out and I am prompted to enter my customer number over and over.

I'd like to just have to enter it once and leave the import running. I'm on running IIS and the latest stable builds of PHP/MYSQL on my DEV machine (production will be a LAMP setup).

Run ImpEx standalone.

i.e. a folder completely outside of vBulletin and set the target and source in IMpExConfig.php.
