Importing from a vBulletin 3.6.4

For rebranding purposes, I am building a new site at a different domain. I plan to use ImpEx to import all of my posts, threads, users, etc. from my old vBulletin 3.6.4-powered site, and obviously, I have some concerns/questions about this.

1. Will this preserve paid subscriptions that were created and are currently active under the old vBulletin?

2. Will use of a new domain adversely impact the PayPal IPN? That is, can I change the PayPal IPN setting on PayPal.com to point to the new domain and have everything work as intended?

3. Anything else I should be worried about?

Why not design the style then move the site over and apply the style ?
