Is it a Help Desk?

Hi,
I am looking at a couple of 'help desk' systems for users of our web based club. Is 'Project Tools' suitable for such a deployemnt and if so does anyone have a sample site, the ones that I have seen are more bug trackers. We basically need a system that lists users report of a problem, its resolution and who it was assigned to.

I am using it as a help desk/ticket system. However, that particular project is not publically available so I can't show it to you.

Although I have purchased Project Tools and am pleased with it, my concern for the future of this product is that ths forum does not appear to be well supported by vB.

Although I have purchased Project Tools and am pleased with it, my concern for the future of this product is that ths forum does not appear to be well supported by vB.
It may be worth pointing out that it has been said in an other thread that vBulletin (and the Project Tools) are slow to be developed now, because most of the Devs are currently working on stabilizing the Blog addon.

My belief is that the Project Tools will receieve its fair share of attention, simply because it is also used heavily on this site in the advancements of the products currently in the works.

I am always loyal to companies such as vB as I recognise the effort and reliability of a good product. I am also very pleased to see the new products such as PT and Blog although I do think that there are other tools that forum users such as I would prefer to come first. Hopefully you are correct and PT will become better supported.
