Installing Impex

I am trying to install the contents inside of the upload folder of impex. There is an impex folder and includes folder. There is already a part of the vB installation with a folder called includes. How do I go about installing since that is the case? Thanks

Just upload the files anyway and it will place them in the correct location. It will not overwrite any other files.
