So, I have now Vbulletin 3.6.0 with VbAdvanced 2.2.0 and I want to install new Vbulletin 3.6.7 and also VbAdvanced 3.0 But I need save my styles, because there are many changes such as "view additional field`s data under users avatar ", some counter`s cod in footer, changes in member`s list table... of templates my styles. Is it enough - to export styles from old forum and import it to new forum version for save all changes in template?

I need to save my forum database, of course - what can i doing? Create dump from old version and import at new version, or use ImPex tool ?

How i can save avatars and uploaded photos(it there are in folders, not in DataBase)? May be i will not overwrite it from source of new forum?

What about order of my action? In first, i think to backup all data from old forum; to export my own styles; to replace old files and folders from new source, except for folders with photo and avatars; to install new forum, to delete folder 'install', recover DB from dump or convert it by Impex, install new VbAdvanced... oops, may by, first i must to install vbadvanced, and after that convert DataBase?

(And one question yet - Can i delete basic vbulletin style - which there is in every vbulletin versions default, after installation my own styles?)
(i`m sorry for my english - i`m not Englishman or the American )

You would have to use the impex tool. If you're just going to restore a database, you might as well just keep the same installation and perform an upgrade.

Impex should import attachments and avatars.

You shouldn't delete your old installation until after you are complete with the IMPEX process. You should install completely into a new directory and database.

You can delete the default style but I don't actually recommend this. Just make it so users cannot select it. Keeping it will help in the future if you need support.
