This is what Floris says: 404 means: can not find the file.
It might be possible you are uploading it to the wrong directory,
or your hosting is not properly configured.
How can I fix my problem ?

Upload it to the right directory, if you did, contact your hosting provider.

Ok, the problem was that I renamed the folder, but did not rename it in the CP panel, so I am fine, thanks.

Now when I put my customer number it tells me this:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/julia27/public_html/mysite.com/includes/config.php:1) in /home/julia27/public_html/mysite.com/install/authenticate.php on line 56
I don't understand what it means.

Ok, I fixed my problem by deleting the config file that I donloaded from vb fans since it didn't have the licence number.
