Hi, I am not very well versed in the entire php, mysql aspect of vbulletin operation, however, I am in the process of expanding my vbulletin community and I was hoping to get some tips on how to get things off on the right foot.

We are hosting on the following VPS configuration

Quad core Opteron 270 processor
1024MB Ram with Burst to 4096MB
120GB SpaceThe system is in default mode, not optimized. I did get the support staff to install zend php optimizer however nothing more has been done to it.

Is there anything else I could do to improve things? I see people posting server config reports, is this the next logical step?
