Reports create Issues

I'd like to have reports (red triangles users click on if post are against forum rules) automaticely creating Issues :D This way it's that easy to see who did something and if everything is fine now.

A blog or forum thread/user/post report would be nice to have as option to report it as an issue in a particular project. This way any staff can assign the task and mark it as done. And still be able to discuss it. It is a bit overkill, as a forum works just fine. But for managing a site with for example paid staff this is perhaps the way to go. And might make it easier for a project leader to overlook what staff does what (or not).
