(navbar) Projects menu including subscriptions

I'd like to be Projects link on navbar as a menu like Search or Quick Links with "My Subscriptions" included in that! Would be great :D

The navbar should get a total revamp. A few discussions have already been started about this (through probably in the private beta forum).
