email to assignee

The person i am assigning the task to is not getting an email. :(

I am assuming that if a task is assigned to you, you should receive an email. (Or is that not how it's supposed to work?)

Thanks for the info. Would you be generous enough to give me a brief description of how project tools sends emails. I may be able to modify it myself. If there is a specific .php or template that generates the email i can probably duplicate this effort for the assignee.

I suspect this to be either a includes/pt_class or pt_function PHP file.

I will have a hack that does this posted at vBulletin.org in the next day or so. I started workig on it last night but I didn't get it quite finished.
