I would like to suggest that instead of Accept being the default when moderating users that it be set to Ignore. Too many times (by my own fault, mind you) I have thought that I clicked ignore on a user and they ended up being allowed in before I can finish checking them out. Even if you disregard instances such as this, would it not make sense to have the default setting NOT to accept everyone that registers so there are no accidental clicks that register 50 people before you look at their accounts?
