PT as a Sub-Forum?

I really think PT needs to be engineered more like a forum with many of the forum features such as:

Ability to be placed as a sub-forum
E-mail notifications of new issues/replies to issues
Subscribing to issues
Thread (issue) management (open, close, move, delete, etc.)
View management, i.e. give me a "Grouped by" issue type (task, bug, feature) like Windows Grid controls provideOn and on...I can see a lot of parallels between PT and a forum which I hope will progress/mature over time.

Maybe in the future consider not having PT being a plug-in but instead part of the core so this is possible with PT enabled/activated by entering a serial number. The add-on system may be too limited for what we need in the end.
