I'd like to be able to connect duplicate report A with original report C.
#1 I mark report A as "duplicate"
#2 I connect report A with report C with a special message ("Go here, this is a duplicate / This bug is because of this bug ....")
So everytime average user now sees report A, he's presented with a "This report is connected with report C".
