Option to increase issues to postcount

I am sure there are forums who wish to have the postcount increased when a new PT entry is posted. I personally won't need this, I think a PT entry shouldn't be considered equal to a post. But I am getting quite a few requests for this.

Definatelly a solid idea, my group is planning to use project tools in a different way and would definatelly benefit from this.

Well how about a different count as apposed to post count? A whole new count instead?
